External People

External People are the users who are not in the staff list. However, they are external resources involved in a plan.

 

STEP 1: To create external people, go to the "External People" tab and click the "Add New Plan Member" link.

 


STEP 2: Specify the following details.

Field

Description / Instructions

Mandatory / Optional

First Name

Allows you to specify the user’s first name

Mandatory

Last Name

Allows you to specify the user’s last name

Mandatory

Position

Allows you to specify a position which a user is acting as within a plan

Optional

Organisation

Allows you to specify the organisation that the user belongs to

Optional

Phone

Specify the phone number

Optional

E-mail

Specify the e-mail address of the user

Optional

 

STEP 3: Click on the image placeholder if you want to associate an image and click the "Insert" button.
