The Objectives Assessment object is used to assess the objectives of the project, which you identified in the Business Case object as well as the budget utilised in its implementation.
Each objective is assessed on a scale from 1 to 5 and comments can be added for justification of the rating. An overall score is then calculated for the accomplishment of the project objective.
This screen displays a summary of the project budget along with icons indicating performance.
