Self Assessment of Measures

The objective of self assessment of Measures is to assess and rate the performance in influencing the achievement of measures.

STEP 1: Click 'Measures' tab and enter Self Assessment of Measures.

STEP 2: Enter actual figures against the targets established in the Setup phase.

STEP 3: Select a Self Rating from the drop-down list (with reference to the Rating Legend provided) to complete the Measures section of Self Assessment.

A 'Self Assessment' comment may also be provided by the Assessee..

STEP 3: Click 'Save'.

The ‘Task List’ displayed at the bottom of the screen should confirm the completion of the Measures self assessment. The Task List should no longer display the need to ‘Self-Rate’ any measures, indicating completion.
