Assessment Heat Map

Displays the heat map per assessment. Results are based on the selected criteria, filters and organization level.
Criteria selection for the heat map:
- All the criteria where visibility is configured for the assessment will be displayed here (visibility configuration through Framework>Risk Settings>Criteria).
- Default X and Y axis will be display to the criteria which are taken for the assessment calculation. However, user can change the criteria. When there are more than three criteria used for the calculation then X, Y axis will be the first two criteria used for the calculation and rest will be filters.
- When visibility is configured only for two criteria for an assessment, user can choose only the X and Y axis. However more than three will have the filter option for the user select sub criteria. Results on the heat map will be based on the exact match.
- Number of risks/colour of the heat map is based on the criteria used for the assessment calculation.
- Overall Rating: below each heat map, overall rating is displayed indicating number of risk per each risk type (i.e. number of high risk, low risk etc.).
- Ledged is placed indicating the risk type colours.
- In order to view the number of risks, simple click on a heat map cell or overall rating cell, and drill down indicates the risk code, risk title, responsible officer and next review date.
- Clicking the risk title in grid will navigate the user to detail the screen.

- The Report icon next to the filter will load a SSRS report indicating all the risks based on the current selection of the heat map. User can export the report to PDF or Excel.

To filter, you can click on the filter icon on the top right hand corner of the section.

The following filters are available.

Filter	Description
Risk Type	Risks will be filtered based on the selected risk type (Strategic, Operational or Project Risk type). Default ‘Show All'.
Action (Apply on to project risk type)	Risks will be filtered by the Action name (only applicable to Project risks if they are present)
Responsible officer	Staff drop-down included. Risks where selected staff is the responsible person will be checked. Default ‘Show All'.
Risk Assessment Type	Filter by Initial, Current and Future Risk filter. Risks will be filtered for the selected risk assessment. Default ‘Show All’.
Show Percentage	Information in the heat map is shown in percentages when the check-box is ticked. When un-tick number of risks are displayed (default).
Risk Category	Risks will be filtered based on the selected category. Default ‘Show All’.
Risk Status	Filter the risks by risk status – Active, Inactive and Show all. Default ‘Show All’.
Last Reviewed Date	Filter Risks by a time period that it has been last reviewed. Use the calendar icons to select a time FROM and TO.
Save search	User can save search options individual by selecting the filters and ticking ‘Save search’ check-box before clicking ‘search’ button.
Search	This button is clicked to initiate the search.
Clear search	Pressing this button will clear all the selected filters and set to default.

When clicking on different numbers in the heat map, in order for the data to refresh, you may need to click on the 'refresh' button (top right hand corner next to the filters) if the data does not refresh automatically in the heat map.
